SBA Small Business (8a) Certified
The SBA established the 8(a) Business Development Program to assist small, disadvantaged businesses in competing in the marketplace. This program serves as a tool to help entrepreneurs gain access to the economic mainstream and enhance their competitive capabilities within government contracting. The program stretches over nine years and takes place in 2 phases.

Our business is eligible to compete for the program’s sole-source and competitive set-aside contracts. $4.5 million for all other acquisitions.
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)
The GSA MAS is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. MAS is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products, services, and solutions. GSA MAS offers federal, state, and local governments innovative solutions to their information technology needs.

Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) Master Contract streamlines the procurement of IT consulting and technical services for Maryland State agencies. This contract provides a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective way for the State to access IT expertise through competitively awarded task orders.
As a Master Contractor, Alliance Global Tech Inc. (AGT) is eligible to respond to Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFPs) and Requests for Resumes (RFRs) issued by Maryland State agencies. Under this contract, AGT can deliver innovative IT solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the State while ensuring operational efficiency, security, and scalability.
